You've spent years in school. Long nights, hectic days. Innumerable readings, papers, clinical hours, and time spent learning everything you could. You weren't focused on prepping for the EPPP. You wanted to be the best possible support to your future patients.
And now here you are, ready to take the EPPP and become a licensed psychologist after all this time. That's exciting, except that you're already spinning so many plates that the thought of undertaking a comprehensive review of (let's face it) basically all of psychology is beyond stressful. You don't know where to start and you're already overwhelmed.
Here's the thing. Preparing for the EPPP shouldn’t take over your life—or come at the expense of your mental health. Success isn’t just about memorizing content; it’s about having a clear plan, studying efficiently, and taking care of yourself along the way.
At Psych Starter, we blend expert psychology-based test prep with tools to help you manage stress, protect your energy, and stay focused. Our approach is simple: study smart and take care of yourself so that you can help others. You’ll get clear explanations, targeted reviews, and strategies that actually fit into your life—not the other way around.
We know you’re juggling a lot. That’s why our materials are designed for busy professionals who want to make steady progress without burnout. Each resource helps you move forward confidently, one calm, intentional step at a time.
Because passing the EPPP is important—but so is how you get there.

Meet Your EPPP Cheerleaders
Hi there! We're Clélia and Louis, the sibling team behind Psych Starter LLC.
As a licensed psychologist, Clélia heads our content development and instructional design. Louis works on the backend, keeping our operations running smoothly so you can focus on the exam.
We're offering a new kind of EPPP prep. Sure, we've got what you would expect from any prep service. Our approach is content-focused, detail-rich, and heavy on the real skills needed for the exam. Beyond that, though, we also focus on you as a human being. We don't want you making it across the licensure finish line, and then collapsing from stress. It's just not a great way to start a career.
